Terms and Conditions

"Member" or "Membership," shall mean the subscriber or user of a valid username and password for the site during the term of membership.

"Subscriber" shall mean the user of the services of the site and holder of a valid username and password for the Site.

"Fees" means amounts paid or payable to Company in exchange for Membership under this Agreement using a Payment Method. Fees are posted on the Portal which posting forms a part of this Agreement.

"Site" shall mean the website for which subscriber is purchasing a username and password in order to access the site and its materials and obtain the benefits of membership.

"Access rights," shall mean the combination of unique username and password that is used to access a site. An access rights is a license to use a Site for a period of time that is specified.

"Bookmarking" shall mean the act of placing a Web page (URL) into a temporary file on the User's browser so that the User may return to the page at a future date directly, without passing through any preceding pages.

"Chargebacks" shall mean a request You file directly with Your card company or bank to invalidate Fees.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Site subscription fees may be automatically renewed at or after the end of the original term selected. Subscriber hereby authorizes Zoho Checkout to charge subscriber's chosen payment method to pay for the ongoing cost of membership.

Subscriber hereby further authorizes Zoho Checkout to charge subscriber's chosen payment method for any and all additional purchases of materials provided on the site. Users may cancel their Membership in accordance with section 4.4. Users must cancel their Membership 48 hours prior to the rebill date if they do not wish their Membership to renew with associated Fees.

Up until the date a Membership is cancelled, the User authorizes the Company to continue charging the User’s Payment Method to pay Fees for Membership.

• 1 month subscription renewing at $9.95

• 3 months subscription renewing at $26.85

• 6 month subscription renewing at $47.70

Fees are non-refundable once the Login details have been used on Portal. Non-use of a Membership or inability of User to access the Portal through no fault of Hotpecs shall not be grounds for a refund of Fees. Hotpecs does not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month Membership periods.

In the case that a refund is given, hotpecs shall make all refunds by crediting the payment method used for the original purchase. Cash or checks will not be accepted for refunds.

Refunds may also be offered for any users who pay twice on the same day, due to error or mistake, as the membership can take up to 12 hours to be activated.

This can be requested in writing to info@hotpecs.tv, explaining the reasons to have paid twice. Refunds are subject to consideration. Extension times can be offered instead in order to give the users the full time, of any payments they have made to the website.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time by completing a form located at Unsubscribe. At any time, and without cause, subscription to the service may be terminated through email. Subscribers are liable for charges of the membership incurred until the date of the termination.

All chargebacks are thoroughly investigated and may prevent future purchases with Portal given the circumstances. Chargebacks and any user action intended to gain products or services from the Portal illegally or unreasonablelly is considered a violation of contract and is not permitted. As a result, the repercussions of this contract violation shall remain the responsibility of the user.

User understands that hotpecs cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet will be free of viruses, worms, trojan horses or other code that may manifest contaminating or destructive properties.

User is responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy subscriberr particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the site for the reconstruction of any lost data. Hotpecs does not assume any responsibility or risk for subscriber use of the internet.

Users use of the site is at their own risk. The content is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied. Hotpecs disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement.

Hotpecs does not warrant that the functions or content contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Hotpecs does not warrant or make any representation regarding use, or the result of use, of the content in terms of accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.

The content may include technical inaccuracies or typographical errors, and hotpecs may make changes or improvements at any time. User, and not hotpecs, assume the entire cost of all necessary servicing, repair or correction in the event of any loss or damage arising from the use of the site or its content. Hotpecs makes no warranties that subscriber use of the content will not infringe the rights of others and assumes no liability or responsibility for errors or omissions in such content.

Hotpecs does not warrant or make any representations regarding the content's appropriateness or authorization for use in all countries, states, provinces, county or any other jurisdictions. If subscriber chooses to access the site, subscriber do so on subscriber own initiative and risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.
